What is Proof of Use on ConsenSys Activate?

The Proof of Use requirement necessitates that a certain percentage of SKL tokens released during the public launch be actively delegated/staked on the SKALE Network through the ConsenSys Activate platform before a set of tokens can be unlocked.

In order to satisfy the Proof of Use requirement and be able to transfer their tokens, participants of the public launch would first need to delegate/stake at least 50% of their tokens for at least 60 days.

Note that all of user’s tokens are locked until the Proof of Use requirement is met (and not just those that have been delegated).
